Step 1: Go into the Settings app
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom & look for the "Apps" Button
Step 3: Hit the "Mail" Button & Hit "Mail Accounts"
Step 4: Hit "Add Account" and select "Microsoft Exchange"
Step 5: Enter Your Email in the top. Description can be empty or with a tag
Step 6: When Prompted, hit "Sign In" and "Continue"
Step 7: Enter Your password (for most users its the same as your computer)
Step 8: Enter the Microsoft Authenticator Prompt via the app or Text
Step 9: Make sure all of the bubbles are green and hit save in the top right
Step 10: Give your phone a few minutes to sync, and your email should be reconnected now! If you have any more problems, please submit an IT Support ticket.
