- Open a Web Browser (I.E. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) and search for support.shaftdrillers.com in the top search bar
- An IT associate will send you a code for the session key. Copy that session key and hit "Submit"
- Once you confirm that you'd like to start the session, a download will start (on Edge and Firefox it's in the top right, sometimes with google chrome it shows up on the bottom). Click on that download once it finishes to run it
- You will know you're starting to connect when two computers with flashing dots pop up on your screen. Your associate will be connected to assist you shortly!
